Valves Test Benches - Instruments for test & control

Test rig with claws clamping, with tilt ability. Test of Pressure safety valves (PSV) or Shut-off flow valves.
Clamping of RF or RTJ valve could be executed in the real working conditions. The clamping is hydraulic on/off type. The auto-centering movement and plateau tilting is controlled manually.
Up to 8" rig size and 15 Ton clamping force.
Unit is completed (as option) by portable clamping unit mod. M/15 with same working limits.

Test operation is performed by SKMM-100 pressurization SKID with GAS/Water pressure up to 10000 PSI & vacuum up to -0,9 bar. Computer registration system with software TestREC4.8/M can record detailed real time data about simmer point, Pop pressure, Re-seat pressure , blow-down entity, Seat lift and leakage rate
