Test rig with claws clamping. Test of Pressure safety valves (PSV) Pressure relieve valves and breather According API-527 test standard.
Clamping of RF or RTJ valve could be executed in the real working conditions. The clamping is hydraulic on/off type. The auto-centering movement is controlled hydraulically or pneumatically (as option).
Up to 12" / 16" / 24" rig size and 90 Ton clamping force. Test operation is performed by SKMM-100 pressurization SKID with GAS/Water pressure up to 10000 PSI & vacuum up to -0,9 bar. High capacity surge tank to measure POP pressure, with adequate seat lift. LVDT position transducer is available to measure seat position . Acoustic detection of valve leak is available as well. Computer registration system with software TestREC4.8/M can record detailed real time data about simmer point, Pop pressure, Re-seat pressure , blow-down entity, Seat lift and leakage rate. Testing stand can be surrounded by armored bullet proof protection perimeter to improve operators safety during Testing operations.
