Vertical test rig with controlled pressing clamp; the press force is controlled automatically according to the water pressure inside valve, and the result load is reduced to minimal terms.
Mobile upper side bridge allow vertical loading of the valve and the possibility to have double working stand; while the first is working, the second could be prepared for next piece. In the basement there is a water tank and an external water tank could be add as option. The use of a opened castle as upper side reaction structure (see picture), allow the user to make visual inspection of valve seat during the test. The rig has a armoured steel protection on 3 side. Frontal side can be closed by mobile horizontal sliding gate (optional).
A marking machine is connected directly to control PLC to mark serial number un tested pieces.
