Test Benches for Valves
Think’PC PROGETTI produces test benches for industrial valves. Our machines are the excellence on the market. Each test bench is created according to the needs of the individual customer, which is why there are numerous models that differ in terms of their design: dimensions, shape and inclination, clamping style, reaction force, working pressure. The test benches for valves can be connected to a PC which, through our software, allows you to download test data and print out their certification. By installing test benches outside our production site, we also offer remote assistance that allows us to view and solve any problems in a short time. There are many types of test benches for valves: horizontal (with inclination 0° – 30° – 45° as needed), vertical, tiltable, multiple, water immersion gas, PSV PVR PVSV safety valves, cryogenic and helium microleakage. Our test benches are able to carry out professional tests on any type of valve ( check, safety, butterfly, shut-off, ball, control, etc.). Each test bench of valves can be completed with a protection safety perimeter, bunker or pit assembly asset available as option.
